TextilWerk SS26 collection
I worked with German textile company Textilwerk to design a Spring/Summer collection. Inspired by the laid-back elegance of Mediterranean island living, the collection features sun-drenched tones and hand drawn coastal elements. and was shot in Mallorca at the beautiful Hotel Corazón.
SETTING THE SCENEThe SS25 Textilwerk collection was designed to evoke a sense of dream-like state, the kind of dazed yet euphoric feeling you get after spending the whole day on sand listening to the waves of the ocean, only to walk off to your accommodation under the cotton candy colored sky. I wanted to bring in these dreamy pastels of blush pink and baby blue and mix them with the bold blues of the ocean and deep terracotta of sun drenched pottery in hand-drawn painterly effect.
The designs pay homage to the Mediterranean life and golden glow of late afternoon sun, perfect for infusing any space with warmth and nostalgia.
